Joe works mostly with Flash Animation these days, due in part to the ridiculous amount of work that went into completing this two-minute film in time to graduate.

Serves him right, though; I couldn't even begin to imagine how to animate an ocean that feels like a real ocean, or a storm that feels like a real storm. 

He's done it, though.  The textures are rich and luscious, and the motion is visceral and convincing: you feel like you're floating away.
